He was polite, explained everything very well, and did not go total salesman when explaining the services. He explained what the products they used were and how they would work.
When I originally called it was to get rid of a possible hive of some type hiding in our unused well house. We feared it would be hornets as we've had an issue with them in the past. Thankfully it was totally unrelated to any pests of that nature. Either way they got an appointment for me quick, was upfront about pricing, and the tech was very prompt. I would recommend this company and tech to anyone. read less
